Mary, Please accept my deepest sympathies for you and your family. I want you to know that you and Christy were the most loving, wonderful people I have ever known. I started working for you at The Inn at one of the darkest points of my life. As I worked with you and Christy your inspiration made me realize how wonderful life can be. Your love for each other, your wisdom, laughter and forgiveness inspired me to do my best. You created a beautiful Wedding reception for me and here I am twenty seven years later living a legacy with my wonderful husband which began with you and Christy. Thankyou, Mary for everything, my thoughts and prayers will be with you Forever.

Mary, my sincere condolences and prayers are with you and your family at this time. You and Chris took me in and treated me like family. You both taught me the virtues of hard work and excellence while I was working my way through school at the Inn. These values were only surpassed by the kindness and love you showed towards me. May God bless you and hold you close.

Dearest Mary and Family:
My sincere condolences to you all. I will never forget my fathers refuge; of which once became mine. He had always felt at home with Christy and you Mary. When life took it's toll he would return to those who loved him most... it was always his family; then it was to see Christy and Mary @ the Inn on the Lake. You were both so kind to him and us. So much so that after my fathers move to Albany and his death, his wish was ... 2 stools from "THE IN ON THE LAKE". He made it clear in his own handwriting. He loved you so and you were still there for him.
I recall Christy and Mary's names as if they were revered in a holy way, for that was my fathers solice, his peace, no judgement there, none needed. I recall my fathers surprise birthday parties. I recall Christy and you Mary making them so special for him. I will never forget your kindness and your beauty Mary, it is embedded in my mind. Your inspiration and thoughtfulness has led me to be a kinder and better person, honestly it has.
My true and sincere sympathies are with you. Please know what a wonderful man your husband was; and also know that you have an extended family in us, The Williams'.
I am deeply sorry for your loss and only wish I could be there to celebrate Christy's life; For you will always be a part of my family. However, I will be out of town, as the entire Williams' family will.
Mary, may God hold you as both you and Christy did us, and I know he will. Family and friends forever. You have never let us down. God doesn't give us more than we can handle although sometimes it seems so.
Raise a glass on high to a wonderful man, always in my thoughts! A hard worker and a dear friend.
We love you loads Mary, even though we haven't seen you in some time; may God Speed. Your families thoughts and grief are in my prayers. I will continue to pray for you. Until we meet again friend, may God hold you in his palm.
My sincere condolences, truly it breaks my heart. I was so saddened to read of Christy's loss. We have truly lost an icon.
Much love to you and your entire family. My heart truly breaks for you all.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I am Hank Williams' daughter, Susan. I worked at the Inn on the Lake and always loved both Christy, and you Mary. I have lived on Cape Cod for many years and was surprised to see you have relatives on Martha's Vineyard. Please contact me if you ever visit and know that you and your loving husband are in my thoughts and prayers.
