Dear Whitney...You left us too soon. A calming anchor in the storm.
You were always a highlight of a trip to Buffalo. Whether it was shooting with the boys, riding the tractor or just being Grandpa Whitney. We will miss you.
You were a great rugmaker, stained glass artist and modelmaker. You loved your ships! Michael was always so happy with how happy they made you.
We will always treasure what you made with your own two hands.
Love, Lisa, Harry and Ben

To me he was more than a grandpa. he was an in incredible man. Since i was born i would always want him to change my diaper. he had the warm hands and the soft touch. yes he wasnt blood related but i knew in my heart he was. i will alwasy remember that time we were at uncle michaels and grandpa told me and greg to stay on the middle of the dock because we were going to fish off the end of it.. so grandpa went to get bait and greg didnt realize the he was at the end of the dock and fell in so i yelled and grandpa SPRINTED downt the dock and jumped in to get greg!... he was the hero that day and many other days!
i loved him and he will FOREVER be in my heart.
We love you grandpa!
