Dear Mrs Boncaldo and family-We were very sorry to hear of Dr. Boncaldo's passing. He was truly a great man. I have never found another doctor so kind and compassionate and, as I told him many times, I felt he cared for my well-being more sincerely any other doctor. He persevered when other doctors had given up, finding arthritis drugs that worked for me. He was always a gentleman and my mom, Edna Clapp, adored him. He was so very proud of you all and his love for you was evidenced in all he said.
My family shares in your sadness. You and he are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Mrs. Boncaldo and family,
I was so sorry to hear of Dr. Boncaldo's passing. As I've told many people over the years, he was the one doctor who did the most for me when I was diagnosed at the age of 18. And, when my illness resurfaced 15 years later, he was once again there for me. I admired him greatly and hold all other doctors to his standards. He was a wonderful doctor, but even more a great man. My deepest sympathy to you all.

I was very saddened to hear that Dr. Boncaldo had passed away. He was my doctor for 35 years and I feel that I am healthier and moving easier because of him. He was a very compassionate doctor who always took the time to explain everything to me. During the 35 years I considered him a friend. I am sure he is being rewarded for all the good things he did for his patients. Please accept our condolences. He will surely by missed by everyone who knew him.

I drove my friend Molly Jurkin to see Dr. Boncaldo every three months and she got through her life better because of him...through the years I got to meet him and say a few words and he was a very kind and caring doctor...he even used to thank me for driving Molly from Niagara Falls to Cheektoward to his office...he was a blessing to her and to all of his patients...I will pray for all of his family in their loss of a wonderful person. God bless!

Dear Mary Jane and family.
Jim, as we called him, and I were residents in training together. When he came back from the service I had the privilege in being involved in him training in Rheumatology. We were distant friends for 50 years even if we did not see much of each other.
The notes from his patients I am sure make you feel proud at how well he was thought of.
My prayers are with you and thoughts of this kind good doctor.

Dear Boncaldo Family,
My deepest sympathies to you all. Dr. B. was my mother's doctor from 1970 until her passing in 2006. She admired him greatly. He was kind and compassionate and extremely attentive, not only to her, but to her caregivers as well. My last conversation with him was on the day she died, and he gave me great comfort and peace. To Mary Jane & family,
My deepest sympathy to all of you. I had the good fortune of having Dr. Boncaldo as my rheumatologist since the age of 26. His medical expertise helped ease my arthritis pain and his compassion and kindness lifted my spirits. He always made time for his patients, listened intently and made a person feel like a human being, not just another number. He was a man of high moral character and ethics. Most of all, he always went the extra mile for his patients. He was a great doctor and good friend who will be missed by many.
Dr. Boncaldo, my heartfelt thanks for always being there for me. You left this world a better place and I thank you for enriching my life.
May you rest in peace and in the company of angels.
