Norman Gilmore Obituary

GILMORE - Norman W. Of West Seneca, NY. August 29, 2008. Beloved of the husband fo late Gladys E. (nee Waldraff) Smith-Gilmore; dearest father of Joan (John DePasquale) Robinson, Clyde (Ilga) Smith, and the late Raleigh (Carol) Smith; grandfather of 11 grandchildren; great grandfather of 19; brother of the late Richard and James Gilmore; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family will be present Tuesday 4-8 PM at the HOY FUNERAL HOME INC., 3855 Seneca St., West Seneca where funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1 PM. Friends invited. Mr. Gilmore was a member of the American Legion Post, 1504 Belfast, for 62 years and he also was a member of the State Magistrate Association.

My younger brother .Bruce, told me of Norman's passing. My dad, Alan Gilmore Williams, was Norman's cousin. They were the same age. I remember Norman at Aunt Alberta and Uncle John's home as a very little girl. My grandmother was Grace Gilmore Williams. You all have my deepest sympathy.
