My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. Your dad was one of my favorites ever since he use to give me dimes at Murphys to play the bowling machine so my dad and he could talk. I remember him from my earliest days to my bartending days at Huts. I am so sorry for your loss, he was a great guy.

Many fond memories of Mr. Carpenter driving the Mt Mercy/ Timon "Cheese Bus" 1985-1988. Always a gentleman and fun loving. We always had a quick cigarette together standing in the middle of Redjacket Pkwy behind the bus to hide from the nuns- since I was a punky girl. Was neat to see him at the 20 week club party in North Boston. Finally able to have a beer with him as I grew older.I will never forget him. My heart goes out to The Parker/ Carpenter family. He will be sadly missed.

To the Carpenter Family - It was my pleasure to have met Don while working for Hamburg School Car Service. I don't know of anyone that didn't like him. He was a great guy and a real gentleman. May Almighty God and your fond memories give you peace.

I'll never forget you Don. One of my favorite residents at Orchard Heights. I'll never forget the time when I took you out to have a couple cigarettes. We had a nice talk. It is moments like those that I'll never forget. Rest In Peace.
