Deepest sympathy on the loss of your dear Mother and Grandmother, and our friend Audrey. She worked with such love and care, and was a "treasure" to our Western Zone of NYSRTA. The certificate we had given her of her "honorary director board status" that you displayed on the table next to her casket speaks the gratitude for all of our members! May you find consolation knowing that she meant so much, to so many people!

I sincerely wish the family of Audrey much comfort in this time of saddness. Just, hope that they can pull out all the wonderful memories from their treasure chest to keep them smiling even in their loss. Audrey was a grand lady who worked diligently for the retired educators of Western NewnYork. She has been missed and will continue being thought of in a warm manner. My prayers go out to the entire family.
