My deepest sympathies go out to the family of this dear sweet lady. She was a gem to behold, and so loving and knowledgeable. I will always remember when I was doing my student teaching under her supervision at School 21, how much she loved her students and teaching. I remember meeting her husband, Irwin, and her talking about the great love that they shared. Now they are together again, forever this time. Always remember, cherish the warm wonderful thoughts and memories of her and she will live forever in your hearts.

We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to the family. We known Ruth for many years through her association with the New York State Retired Teachers Association. Ruth and her late husband were a great inspiration to many of us. She will be missed. God Bless!
