McGRATH - Rita M. (Langan) September 24, 2008, wife of John F. McGrath; mother of Claire Bouvier (Michael Savini), Diane Blaser, John F. Jr. (Paula), Nancy (Paul) Ogorek, Paul (Connie), Leo (Lynn) and James (Karen); grandmother of Fred, Brendan, Jacqueline, Kevin, Megan, Audrey (USMC), Joseph, Elizabeth, Brian, Sean, Hannah, Conor, Shannon, Michael, Jillian, Gina and Justin; sister of Theresa Langan, Evelyn (late Stanley) Chernesky, Rev. Vincent Langan and the late Leo Langan. Friends may call Saturday 7-9 PM and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the (Buffalo Chapel) THOMAS H. McCARTHY FUNERAL HOME, 1975 Seneca St., 825-4454, where funeral will be held Monday morning at 9 and from St. Teresas Church at 9:30. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials to Upstate NY Transplant Services or Hospice Buffalo. Rita was an 11-year liver transplant survivor. Dont take your organs to heaven, heaven knows we need them here.
