Reuben Heinrich Obituary

HEINRICH - Reuben Roy Passed on to be with the Lord on Monday, September 22, 2008 in Wilmington, N.C. at the age of 83. He was born in Buffalo, N.Y. on March 3, 1925. Roy was a Buffalo fire fighter for 25 years, retiring in 1983 and a World War II veteran. An avid square dancer and world traveler, Roy lived a full life. A long time resident of Orchard Park, N.Y., he leaves his wife Betty (Hofner) of 54 years, two daughters, Deborah (Les) Powers of Wilmington, NC and Melanie Heinrich of Long Branch, NJ, a son, the late Ronald Heinrich of Orchard Park, NY, and five grandsons, one granddaughter and one great grandson. A service will be held at The Tabernacle, Orchard Park, N.Y. at 1:00pm, Tuesday, September 30th. The family will be accepting visitations at The Tabernacle at 11:00am before the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Full Gospel Tabernacle, 3210 Southwestern Boulevard, Orchard Park, N.Y., 14127, in memory of Reuben Roy Heinrich.

Betty, So sorry to hear about Roy; we had so many good memories together and my children and I do remember them happily. God Bless you and yours. Roy was a wonderful loving husband and father.
