FRED..................Barbara and I were terribly shocked and saddened to learn of Ann's passing . We had no idea that she had taken a turn for the worse and had thought she was doing better .....and we kept hoping that we would see you both sometime this fall. She was such a wonderful person in every way and we will miss her very, very much. At our age , time is really in God's hands for all of us . As Robert Bowning said "See all nor be afraid " and "perfect the cup as planned" and "the best is yet to be " !! Thank goodness Ann did "perfect the cup" with you for 22 years with many wonderful memories and now is in heaven is experiencing "the best to be " !! . We feel honoured and privileged to have been with you both during several of those very good memories that you both enjoyed together. . Please come stay with us Fred if you decide to travel south this winter .......and let us know if there is anything we can do to be of help now or during the difficult adjustment period . All our very best .......Semper Fi , Fred and Barbara Campbell

Dear Fred and Family: It was a beautiful ceremony. We were not able to attend the reception afterwards due to another commitment.

A pleasant thought to share with you: We were trying to remember the last time we saw Ann -- quite some time ago. We think it was at the Triphammer Liquor Store in the company of someone who bore a remarkable resemblance to our 16th president!! Bless you all. Dave and Joyce Dunn

To each of you....know that my love and prayers surround you as you gather to honor your mother there in Ithaca. Although many miles apart these past years, she remained a supportive, loving friend and I will miss her. Each of you were precious in her sight and brought her much joy. As she faced each of you moving away and planting your lives apart, she felt your presence in ways you may never know. To her, the role of wife and mother was a divine calling. She wore that mantle well.
May our Lord surround you with His tender care. With Love, "Aunt Pat" and Ed

Dear Fred and all the Cappucci family,

My heart sank when I read of Ann's death this AM. My tears and sadness are for all of you and how much she will be missed. She would send me updated family photos of all of you and the many grandkids at Christmas time.

It was my pleasure and joy to have worked for your dad and to get to know your mom as a very special friend. I continue to make her famous chocolate chip cookies for my own grandchildren that so many of us enjoyed over the years

Ann had a very strong faith in the Lord and you can be confident that she is at rest and you will see her again.

Very Sincerely,

Sue Garrrett
