The Potter family,
My condolences to the family. I am saddened by the news. Will always remember Ed, and his long time membership the WNY Bottle Collector's Association and currently the GBBCA. Ed's volunteering for the club & the shows and contributions to the hobby are one of the reasons the club has continued to grow. We will miss him.

Dear Dave and Family - I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your father, Ed. What an all around nice person he was! I learned a lot from him about the Pan-Am and was always impressed by his wealth of knowledge. He will be missed greatly. Sending thoughts and prayers to you all. Best - Michele Bewley

Eddie was my friend and travel buddy. Never a day will I forget our trips to far off places, his kindness, his enthusiasm, humor, and willingness to share. Not only was he a collector of bottles and spoons; he was a collector of all worthy things life provides. His legacy will be continued through his loving family whom I cherish.

You left us with many treasured memories, Ed. We will think of you at every future bottle show.

We are in Chicago now, Dave and Deborah. So we can't be there to express our regrets. You were a good son, Dave. Be very proud of your dad, as I know he was proud of you. He was a good man and a welcomed friend.

Dave, Debbie & Family.

Your dad will be greatly missed by all, especially in the the bottle collecting community. Ed had a passion for collecting that spread like wildfire to other collectors. I frequently called him to share my latest finds. ask him a question or to have him repair a damaged item.. I will fondly remember the shows we did in York, Rochester, Syracuse and of course in Buffalo. He was an avid sportsmen who taught me how to catch walleye in Lake Erie. Deepest sympathy and prayers to your family.
