BALCERAK - Roman M. Of Hamburg, NY, October 17, 2008, beloved husband of Clara P. (Toporek) Balcerak; loving father of the late Daniel E. (Lee Ann) Balcerak; brother of Brownie (Virginia) and the late Richard (Pauline), Walter (late Rose) and John (Helen) Balcerak; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will be present to receive friends Monday 2-8 PM at the (Hamburg Chapel) JOHN J. KACZOR FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5453 Southwestern Blvd (corner of Rogers Rd, 646-5555), where prayers will be said Tuesday at 8:45, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis of Assisi Church at 9:30. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. Mr. Balcerak was a member of NAWCC, Eucharistic Adorer at St. Bernadettes Church, a WWII Navy veteran and won many blue ribbons for his flowers at the Erie County Fair, and gave the gift of life with UNYTS.
