Dear Putney family,
Losing Jeff is a loss for the entire planet. Seldom in life does one find a caring, considerate, thoughtful human like Jeff. The community will never be the same. I know that Jeff is at peace and will be waiting and watching over all of us. I am proud to have known such a man. He knew how to live and led by example. God bless Jeff and the Putney family.
