HIRSH-Pearl (nee Potosky) October 14, 2007, beloved wife for 63 1/2 years of Benjamin Hirsh; most dearly beloved mother of three children, Dr. Fredric (Donna) Hirsh, Andrea (Michael) Kadish and Judy Hirsh; most dearly beloved grandmother of Darcy Hirsh, Jill (Simon) Thomas, Marnie (Dan) Shalin, Kevin Kadish, Lisa Primerano and Jaime Primerano; sister of Annette (Bernard) Schuller and the late Sol Mahr, Minnie Gottesman and Bella Zierler and Esther LeBois; loving great-grandmother of Charlie Edward Thomas; also survived by many nieces and nephews. A vibrant and beautiful woman with a personality to match. A compassionate, understanding individual who enjoyed social bridge with friends and making creative art by sewing. Pearl was one of a kind. There will never be another like her. My wonderful wife and best beloved, you will be greatly missed for all of this and for your talented ability for making the most beautiful afghans. Funeral Services will be held from Temple Shaarey Zedek, 621 Getzville Rd., Tuesday at 11 AM. No prior visitations. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Temple Shaarey Zedek. Arrangements by AMHERST MEMORIAL CHAPEL, INC.
