I am saddened by the death of a dear friend's mother. I know Mrs. Dase was a wonderful Mother as I had many chances to be around her when they lived here in Emporia, Kansas. She has influenced many people wherever she lived and I hope her family & friends can take comfort in that knowledge and know that she is in a much better place, and pain free. My thoughts, prayers & love are with you during this painful time.

I only had the pleasure of meeting Rita a few times, but could tell that she had a love for her family. Kim and I became instant friends when we met many many years ago and I just know that our Mom's have done the same up above. My heart full of prayers and strength goes out to you all. In HIS name we pray..Amen

What a loss the world has with "Mom" Dase's passing. I remember my teens and young adulthood with so many fond memories because of her and my friendship with "Dad" and the children. My values in life, my personality and many of my friends were made bacause of Rita. I will remember how she always treated me as "just another one of the kids" and never hesitated to give me praise or tell me when I did something wrong. Although we have not kept in contact in recent years, I always have kept her in my heart and my thoughts. I will miss her greatly but thank God for having had her in my life. My thoughts and prayers are with "Dad", Linda, Connie and the rest of the family.

Sweet little Rita, is how I remember her. We were students together at #28 School in South Buffalo so many years ago. That dear litle blonde girl, I would see walking home from school every day. I've often thought about her during the years that have past by. It's good to know she had such a full life.
I'm sorry to hear of her passing. My heartfelt condolences to her family for your loss.
