Darren, People come into our lives, leaving an imprint on our heart. You are that person for so many, myself included. You dared to dream and make them a reality; for this and so much more, we were all so proud of you.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life for so many years. We shared so much that I always hold dear to me as they are all treasured memories. Darren, I will miss you and our conversations. I will miss your support and your 'constructive criticism'. But I know you're in a much better place. Our Creator has a great plan for you. Until our paths cross again, please know you did not die in vain. Your memory will live on and even in death, you will continue to be the example for all of our children; proving nothing is impossible. I pray your daughters know what a wonderful man you were. Full of life and compassion, wanting nothing but the best for his family. So now, as you dance with Mom, remember all of us who loved you and remember you. Darren, I love you.

DARRIN WAS MY STEP-BROTHER FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS AND I FEEL THE SORROW AS IF HE WAS MY BROTHER. DARRIN WAS ALWAYS SUCH A POSITIVE SPIRIT. I WILL NEVER FORGET HIM. You were so proud the day that I graduated from high school. You were even prouder when I went to Syracuse. You wanted me to succeed just as much as I did, if not more. You were always there if I needed you and you did what you could for me. I will miss you always. I love you Uncle Darren. I hope I make you proud.

I miss my uncle so much.
i was really close to him and i could count on him.he always used to say how smart i was and that he was proud of me. but i never got to tell him how much i cared about him. i'll always think about how much he helped me. one thing i promised myself was if i ever have a boy then his name will be Darren James. just as a way to show how much he meant to me and how much he helped me out in my life.

My uncle Darren was an amazing man, he was one of the only people that when he said you can call me if you need anything, that i knew i could call. I love him. He was a great guy, a good husband, and a fantastic roofer.

Lisa, I am very sorry to hear of Darren's passing. I haven't seen him since we graduated, but we went to school together from elementary in Olcott to graduating together in Barker. He was a great person to be around and will be sadly missed. Stay strong and God Bless.

Lisa and Family....I have come to your yard sale every single year for things for my daughter and then i came to Morgan Street for that yard sale.I knowI don't know you guys very well,but I still wanted to just say how sorry I am to what you are going through right now.I just cannot even imagine your grief right now.I hope the power of family and friends will get you and your children through this most difficult time.And thank you for always letting my daughter play on the playground in the back yard.
