Grandpa,
Life is not the same anymore it seems. A lot has changed for me since you left us. I don't look at things the same as I did before. I miss you very much. I know that you were with Mom and I when we heard Luther Vandross and Phil Collins songs within the same hour. You played those two CD's when Dad, Mom, Tommy and I would go to Florida. We started to cry at the same time. Dad is not the exact same anymore, he seems to be missing something sometimes. I am a different person with a different view on life. I hope that you are with Uncle Ken, my Grandma Rita and Cameron up there. I love you and wish that you could have stuck around for another five to ten years. I guess that it was your time to go. Until we meet again. Love always!

Grandpa,
I have been having a difficult time thinking about what to write here. I am at a loss for beautiful words, but I have so many beautiful memories. How can I appropriately honor you in merely a few brief sentences? You were my buddy, my partner-in-crime, and my best friend. We shared experiences, stories and so much laughter that will always be kept in the safest place of my heart. I will forever cherish my memories of you. Your spirit lives on; I can feel you in my heart. I am so very proud to be your granddaughter!
All my love,
Jennifer

Even though we didn't know each other well or for a long time, I'll always remember your smile. I never saw you without a bright smile and a firm handshake. More importantly, was how I knew you from your daughters. You are very much loved and that smile will forever be how I will remember you. I promise to help your girls any way I can for as long as I'm on this earth. Everyone knows I NEVER BREAK A PROMISE! If you happen to run into my mom tell her I said "Hi".

Dear Grandpa,
These past few weeks have been very difficult without you. I really miss you and will always love you. I will never forget all the conversations about the Stars, Politics or Birds (you seemed to know everything) we have had in Florida and here in Buffalo. I never got to introduce you to any boyfriends but I will let them know all about you through Grandma, the rest of the family and myself. I am so glad that we got closer from all the Florida trips my family and I took. The memories are truely priceless. At my wedding I will have a tribute to your relationship with my dad, with dancing with my father to Luther Vandross's "Dance with my father."
Love Always, Your "Gorgeous" Granddaugher Kristin

Grandpa,
I am always thinking about you. There are so many memories that will always be remembered. Do you remember the time I set my bed on fire? I do!! Thank you for teaching me so much. I know you are looking out over us making sure we are all ok, and that is very comforting. Please take care of my son up there with you. I love you very much.

Dad,
You were the rock and foundation on which this family was built. Pieces still stand in various shapes and sizes, but there is a crack in the surface. You'll always exist in our hearts and minds, and continue to be a source of strength. We miss you so much, but know you're keeping watch over everyone with protective arms. Thanks for all the wonderful memories and the special times that we had together. They'll be cherished always.
We love you very very much.

To the man who made my world a bed of roses,
There wasn't a day that went by that he didn't say "I love you" at least 6 times. Just his presence made my heart race; how do I go on without him? I miss him so much. I'll never stop loving him. 57 years wasn't enough!!
Love you,
Me

My Dad loved and valued family! He'd always tell us "family is all you have!" He loved his wife! My Mom and Dad's relationship was like a love story, always kissing, hugging, touching. So it only be fitting that he should pass in her arms! My Dad was a towering man, someone we all counted on, someone we knew we could count on! I love you Dad and I will miss you forever! Deanie
