With regrets, I was unable to pay my last respects to dear Brian. He was a wonderful brother-in-law. Even tho we had not seen each other for several years, e-mails kept us in touch. I'm certainly glad he suggested meeting for breakfast one Saturday in August and exhanging family updates and sharing photos. He was a complex man after the heart of God. I know he and his sister Barb and parents are happy together in heaven looking down on us and asking us not to be so serious or forlorn...just to love each other as in Christ's example.
I'll miss Brian's humor, even tho I couldn't understand it at times :>) and his computer updates on everything under the sun. There should be more men who care so much about so many people trying to enrich their lives in some way.

Brian and I had known each other for just a few years. I use to cut his hair...He would say " This will take all of 10 mins. of your'e time! so lets have coffee, which he would bring. As I got to know him his gentle soul emerged and a friendship formed. I remember the last time I saw him he brought me in treats from the Amish community and I gave him a big hug and wised him the best; not knowing that would be the last time I would see him. He passed away on my Birthday and on that day I will remember him and smile, because I know he would like that, I will miss you Brian, and no.2 clipper blade and all your'e wealth of information.
