Joseph F. Cwick

CWICK-Joseph F. November 5, 2007 of Cape Girardeau, MO, formerly of Depew. Beloved husband of the late Betty (Haid); dearest father of Gary (Simin) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Barbara Reformat (Michael) of Hamburg, NY; loving grandfather of Derek, Ashley, Tanya and Tatianna; survived by nieces and nephews. Born November 14, 1919, Mr. Cwick served proudly with the US Army Air Corps in the South Pacific during WWII. He was a member of VFW Post 3838 in Cape Girardeau, MO, the American Legion Lamm Post and the VFW Leonard Post in Buffalo, NY. He worked for Westinghouse Electric in Buffalo for 36 years as a quality control inspector. He enjoyed bowling, roller skating, was a Ham radio operator and a member of the Lancaster Amateur Radio Club. Mr. Cwick enjoyed his years singing with the Queen City Chordsman. A service with military honor will be held in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
