Dear Aunt Vera,
We were terribly sorry to hear of Uncle Stan’s passing. I always enjoyed our family gatherings, and am grateful to have been able to spend time chatting with him at Mom and Dad’s 50th anniversary back in 2001.
Our condolences to you and your family. I’m sorry that I won’t be able to see you in person, but I’ve asked Mom to give you a hug from me.
