Dear Insana Family,
I worked with Theresa at The Rio All Suite Hotel in Las Vegas. I loved the professional and personal relationship that I had with Theresa !! We always had a lot to talk about because we both came from Italian families. I grew up in nearby North East, PA so we would always talk about the area and especially the Italian cookies from the bakeries in Niagara Falls. Theresa is terribly missed here in Las Vegas but her fun loving spirit will carry on forever.

Dear Insana Family:
It is with a heavy heart that I write you this message. Theresa was such a wonderful part of my life over the past couple of years. We began as co-workers and soon knew that a very special friendship had evolved. We shared alot of laughs and sometimes tears. Theresa had a special place in our hearts--she was much like a little sister to me and Gary. She was always positive and knew that no matter what happened, she had her faith which she believed very strongly in. God has a plan for her and although we cannot understand why he needed her so soon, we must believe that she is in a better place and is in the palm of his hand.
God bless each of you during this difficult time and know that your daughter touched more hearts in her short time on earth than many people do in a lifetime. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and I know that she is looking down on all of us checking out our purses and shoes.

She truly was a wonderful person, full of spunk and dedicated to living her life and following her dreams. Her smile could light up a room. I know that she is with God now, and that she's checking out who's wearing what...in heaven.

I met your daughter at the Rio as I am a Executive Casino Host here and used to do business with Theresa. I am from Niagara Falls as well and our friendship was a natural. I know she loved her family and friends back home as she glowed when she talked about visiting Niagara Falls. She was a good, sweet and caring person and will be greatly missed. Theresa and your family have and will remain in my prayers. God Bless.

My prayers are with you...I don't know you, but I was in Las Vegas during the week that your precious daughter disappeared...When the news reports mentioned Theresa was a former WNYer, my heart sank...I will keep your family in my prayers...
