Julian NEALE Obituary

(Kenneth) Julian Neale passed away peacefully on August 21, 2022, at the age of 76. Born in Victoria, Julian grew up in Mission. After receiving his bachelor's degree at UBC, he moved to Dawson Creek to teach and serve as an administrator for 35 years. After retiring, Julian moved to Kelowna, where he loved the weather, the pool, and being close to his granddaughters. He was always open to a visit, a BBQ, a side bet, and a photo in the flowers. Julian is fondly missed by his daughter, Carmen (Dan); son Adrian (Lindsey); granddaughters Peyton and Avery; sister Darien Cope; niece Nevada (Jess); and extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Florence and Kenneth Neale and Mabel and Art Watson, and brother Michael Neale. A celebration of life will be held in Mission, BC, on September 17, 2022.

Coach Jules was our leader, our mentor and our counsel for my years at SPSSS .. our basketball team was elite and known Provincially to be competitive and caring .. I owe Jules big time for his diligence and patience and I know he will be missed by all team members !! I am glad that he finally got to enjoy Kelowna .. Fred Last

Mr Neale " Coach Julie" never gave up on teaching the unteachable or coaching the uncoachable ( not a real word but it is one today)
I for one has always appreciated the effort and time he shared with us
