Allan Maunu Obituary

Allan Maunu, age 70, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 1, 2018 at the TBRHSC. He is survived by his wife Raili, son Wayne (Linda), daughters Tanya (Rey) Erickson and Teena (Jon) Ogden, Jr., granddaughters Nicole and Ashley Erickson, Lily and Emmalee Odgen. Numerous other relatives also survive. Allan was predeceased by his beloved granddaughters Hayley and Krista Maunu. A celebration of life for Allan will take place on Saturday, April 7th from 1:00-3:00pm at the Oliver Road Rec Centre.

Deepest condolences from me and my sons from up the street> Al always stopped and talked to us from when my boys were very young to the young men they are now. They always spoke fondly of Al and we are all saddened by his passing.

I am so sorry for your loss. Death is not the end, it's the beginning of a different journey. May the grief that you know and feel right now be overcome by the love and memories. Al was my supervisor when i worked at Northern Woods.He reminded me of my father therefor I respected him.He will be missed.
