Rheal "Ray" LAROSE

Larose, Rheal ""Ray 1932-2018 Peacefully, on April 21, 2018, at his home in Carleton Place, with his beloved wife and children by his side at the age of 86. Ray is survived by his wife and best friend Sandra of 43 years, his loving children Linda Smith (Bill), Peter (Colleen), Pat Horton (Jack), Suzann Townend (Ray), John (Patti), Wendy Young (David) and Robert Beaupre. Predeceased by his beloved daughter Shirley (Norm Brown - surviving). Cherished PaPa of sixteen grandchildren and twenty three great-grandchildren. Brother of Lucille, Gaston, Claude and Ghislaine. He will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and good friends. Predeceased by his parents, Rene and Paula, his first wife Shirley (nee Longchamps) and brothers Paul and Andre. His passing has left a void in our lives and in our hearts that can never be filled. A visitation was held at the Alan R Barker Funeral Home 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place, on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. a service followed in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Ray, please consider donations to the Carleton Place and District Memorial Hospital Foundation.
