MINICHIELLO, Francesco Passed away with his loving family by his side on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Teresa for 58 years. Cherished father of Enza (Angelo), Josephine (the late Joseph), Nick (Gerri), and Dina (Tony). Much loved Babbo of ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents Nicola and Vincenza Minichiello, and his in-laws Donato and Giuseppina Siconolfi. Francesco will be sadly missed by his siblings, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends in both Italy and Canada. He was employed at Port Weller Dry Docks for over 20 years. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME , 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday, March 20th from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. Vigil Prayers will take place at 3 p.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine Street, St. Catharines on Thursday, March 21st at 11 a.m. Entombment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow.
