Oliver Moore Obituary
Oliver Moore passed away peacefully, at the Drummondville Sainte-Croix Hospital on October 15th, 2018, at the age of 96 years and 4 months, surrounded by his family.
Survived by his beloved wife, Monique Gilbert Moore (married 63 years), whose love and care made it possible for him to remain in their own home. He leaves cherished memories to his five children, Judith (Claude), Diane (Eldon), Joanne, Douglas (Susan) and Dale (Annie), his seven grandchildren, Luc, Rémi, Julie (Janick), James, Gavin, Abigail and Chadd and his two great-grandchildren, Annabelle and Léanne, as well as his nephew Gary, his nieces Joanie and Judy, relatives and friends.
A celebration of Oliver's life will be held at the Funeral Parlor Daniel Vachon Inc, (211 Lindsay Drummondville, QC, J2C 1N8), on Saturday, October 27th, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A small service will follow at 3:30 p.m.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Melbourne, QC.
The family would like to thank the staff on the 6th floor of the Drummondville Sainte-Croix Hospital with a special thank-you to Dr. Alain Noël and Dr. Martin Sanfacon, nurses Patricia and Nathalie for their compassionate care provided to our father. Also thanking the amazing help received over the years from the CLSC (Drummondville staff).
