Marjory Kathleen PATTON

1934 - 2022

Marjory Kathleen Patton (nee Bailey), known to most as Marj passed away in the early hours of February 18th, 2022, peacefully at Matthews House Hospice with her family by her side in her 88th year. She was born March 18th, 1934 in Hornby, Ontario to Calvin and Beatrice Bailey. Only and loved sister to Harold, Norman, Edward and John Bailey.
Marjory was a dedicated mother to Robert (Jennifer), Janet Bergin (Chris) and Andrew (Marieke) and will be remembered for her beautiful gardening, baking, caregiving and hospitality.
Her greatest joy was being proud grandma to Amanda (Kris), Ryan, Josh (Jenn), Emma, Abby, Elise, and great-grandma to Charlie.
She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
She made many life-long friends from her career of nursing and travels throughout her life.

All those who had the honour of knowing Marjory will remember her for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and always being someone you could count on at any time.
Visitation will be held at the W. John Thomas Funeral Home, 244 Victoria St. E., Alliston on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. If desired, donations made to Stevenson Memorial Hospital or Matthews House Hospice would be appreciated. www.thomasfuneralhome.ca
