Albina Mary HOPKINS

Of Port Colborne passed away at the Port Colborne General Hospital on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of late Jack Lloyd Hopkins (2017), loving mother of Lorie (Leo) Caron and the late Kevin Hopkins (1974), dear grandmother of Kristine and Alexandra and step grandmother of Scott (Lucy) Caron, sister of Jean Walsh, sister-in-law Gordon (Joanne) Hopkins, Chuck Hopkins, Carol Haydu and Sandra (Bob) Gilbert. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Antonio and Maria Bendia, her siblings Nora Minor, Leondo Bendia, Sarah Dionne, Quindo Bendia, Louise Sprung, Cylde Bendia, Lisa Biederman, Margaret Chesniak, Nana was a very loving and kind wife, mother, grandmother and will be missed very deeply. Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Father Wesley Woloszyn officiating. Interment will take place at Mount St. Joseph Cemetery at a later date. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to St. Patrick's Church.
