HUURMAN, Cristine (nee deMol) ""It is well with my soul."" Cristine passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 25, 2019. Beloved wife of Henk for 59 wonderful years. Loving mother of Jim (Laura), Marlene (Adrian) and Steve (Britta). She loved her grandchildren; Ryan (Aimee), Marisa (Michael), Sarah (Eric), AJ, Shawn (Kaitlyn), Cristi, Nikki, Ed and Kia, and her great-grandchildren: Carsen, Addison, Sydney, Sawyer and Christopher (September 2019). She will be missed by her family, nieces and nephews and many friends. Mom loved her gardens and just spending time with her family. Thank you to Hospice Niagara for the wonderful care given to mom during her last days with us. Rest Mom, and sing with the angels. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 29 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the First Reformed Church, 1136 Vansickle Rd. N., St. Catharines. The Funeral Service will be held at the church on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 11 a.m. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Hospice Niagara (www.hospiceniagara.ca).
