Vladimir BJEL Obituary

Unexpectedly at home on Friday, July 01, 2022 at 45 years of age. Beloved son of Edita and the late Emil (April 9, 2014). Dear brother of Ivan, Suzan, Andrea, Lubica and Emil. Vlad will be missed by his nieces and nephews; Brennan, Cameron, Lana, Ronin and Raina and his extended family in Slovakia. He was a passionate tennis and pool player; he was also a talented marksman. He was a proud member of the Service Rifle Shooting Association and Sporting Clubs of Niagara; an enthusiastic attendee at Borden, where he won several competitions. Vlad was a kind, generous and compassionate man, and his many merits will be forever remembered. A special thank you to Vince and the team at St. Catharines Audi for their ongoing support and compassion. Memorial donations to Pathstone Mental Health and Lincoln County Humane Society would be appreciated by the family. Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Considerate Cremation & Burial Services, 26 Nihan Drive, St. Catharines (between Lake Street & Scott Street), 289-362-1144. Some of my early memories of helping my father on Saturday mornings include Vlad, growing up he has always been a constant person in my life, later we found a bond with our passion for good firearms. He will be missed by myself and my father Frank.

I am so deeply saddened by Vlad's sudden passing. He has been the Secretary at "The Sporting Clubs of Niagara" for the past several years and maintained our web site. He was also a regular helper at our gun shows. More importantly he was a fine young man and a good friend not only to me but to many of our Board members.
We mourn his sudden and unexpected passing and will miss him greatly. Gone at far too young an age.
