ZAKRZEWSKI, Andrew
Died peacefully at home in Mississauga, Ontario, in the comfort of his family, on July 26, 2012, at the age of 94. He is survived by his wife Janina (nee Krogulecka), sons Steven, George (Lynda), and Tom (Ewa), and daughter-in-law June, his grandchildren Chris, Peter (Claudia), Greg (Amanda), Jeff (Jen), Kara (M-J) and Alexandra, as well as seven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Irene. Relatives and friends in Poland, Switzerland and Great Britain will lovingly remember Andrew. The family wishes to thank the staff at Sunrise of Erin Mills and Credit Valley Hospital for their care and attention. Visitation will be held at Glen Oaks Memorial Chapel and Reception Centre, 3164 Ninth Line (Dundas/403), Oakville, on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 from 4-7 p.m. A private celebration of Andrew's life for family and friends will take place in the Chapel on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
