Ping Jen LIU

LIU, Ping Jen (April 28, 1919 - August 4, 2003)
Passed away suddenly, in his 84th year, on August 4, 2003. He will be greatly missed by his wife Ping Lin Liu, children Dr. Fei-Fei Liu (Richard Wong) and Dr. Peter Liu (Elaine Wang), and grandchildren, Geoffrey Liu, Derek Wong, Trevor Wong, and Erin Liu.
He had a long and successful career as a Professional Engineer building power plants. He worked first with the Taiwan Power Corporation and then Nova Scotia Power Commission after emigrating to Canada. After retiring, he continued to consult on power projects throughout the world for the World Bank. His children will be forever proud of all his accomplishments and appreciate all that he has sacrificed for them.
Funeral arrangements will be through Wing On Chapel, 665-669 Spadina Avenue (south of Bloor), Toronto. Visitation on Thursday, August 7, 6 - 8 p.m. Memorial Service on Friday, August 8 at 10 a.m. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery immediately after.
