Peacefully, on Monday, December 6, 2021 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. George, in his 88th year, beloved husband of Frances for 64 years. Loving father of John (Colleen), Ron (Arlene), Tim (Vera) and Len (Riane). Loved grandad of Evan, Justina, Lucas, Jessica and Logan. Dear brother of Ann (Fred), Andrew (Hazel), Weit (Cathy), Jane, Ruth (Klaas) and Stewart (Corrie) and sister-in-law Francina. Predeceased by his brother John and his sister Sylvia. Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Friday, December 10, 2021 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Georgetown Christian Reformed Church, 11611 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 10 a.m. Interment Devereaux Cemetery, Georgetown. Memorial contributions to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
