Betty Lou Anne LOWES

Passed away peacefully on January 12, 2023 at the age of 76. Dear sister of Dorothy Field Cormier, Douglas Lowes, and sister-in-law Linda Lowes. Beloved aunt of Craig and Donna Field, Troy and Marnie Field, Todd Field, Mark and Carmelle Lowes, Jason and Erin Lowes, Rhonda Lowes, Tara and Tim MacDonald, Sue and Bob Leslie and Scott and Roberta Storey. Betty will be missed by her great nieces and nephews. Very special friend to Liz Graham, Vivien Falls, Marg Plumley and Barb Martin. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Vera (McFadden) Lowes, sister Ruth Storey (George) and nephew Steve Storey (Linda (L)). Betty was a retired employee of Ministry of Community and Social Services and enjoyed many years of retirement playing cards and making new friends at Mapleridge Recreation Centre. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Lakefield Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) or a Charity of Your Choice. A private graveside ceremony will be held at Lakefield Cemetery.
