Edward Moore Obituary
May 12, 1942 - October 5, 2022
On October 5, 2022, Ed died peacefully at Freeport Palliative Care Unit in Kitchener of multiple age-related illnesses at the age of 80.
Survived by his wife Carol (Kuntz), daughter Tracy Wareham of Lake Egmont NS, granddaughters Cassandra and Jennifer Wareham of Enfield NS, his sister Mary (Edward) Kuntz of Calgary, and brother Phillip (Sylvia) Moore of St. John's Nfld. Predeceased by his parents Phillip and Mary (Power) Moore.
Ed joined the Canadian Air Force and served 27 years in Comox BC, Goose Bay Labrador, Trenton ON, Greenwood NS, Germany, Toronto ON, and Portage la Prairie MB, eventually retiring to Waterloo ON. He was active in sports, playing hockey, refereeing hockey, ski instructing, baseball, and golf. He was also a serious amateur photographer.
Cremation has taken place. According to Ed's wishes, there will be no funeral. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grand River Hospital Foundation or Charity of Your Choice and can be arranged through the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445.
Special thanks to Drs. Marchant and Trussler and the staff, nurses, social worker, physio therapist on the 6th Floor N at Grand River Hospital for their wonderful care of Ed for the last month. Your dedication to quality care is appreciated.

We were so sorry to hear of Ed´s passing.
He was a wonderful neighbour and always had a story to tell. Ed obviously lived a full life and was fortunate to have such a loving wife and family.
