Kevin Robson "Chewy" JEWITT

Passed away suddenly at his home in Baden on Thursday, February 23, 2023, in his 58th year. Beloved husband of Melinda (Ellis) Jewitt who he married October 1, 1988. Dear father of Shannon (Kevin) of Burlington and Josh of Milverton. Loving son of Mary (Bernie Shantz) and the Late Ervin Jewitt (1997). Dear brother of Paul and wife Lee Anne of Kitchener and the late Brenda Wideman (December 11, 2020) and husband Brian of Waterloo. Stepbrother of Kelly and husband Peter Alandt of Portland, Oregon. Remembered by his mother and father -in-law Marilyn and Arthur Ellis of Plattsville, by sisters and brothers-in-law Diane and Pete Simpson of RR#4 Bright, Barb and Calvin Gilholm of New Hamburg, Marlene Ellis of Plattsville and Mike and Kathy Ellis of Woodstock and by his several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends will be received in the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St. New Hamburg on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Chesterfield Cemetery.
