Lee YANG

Lee passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her daughters, on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at the Hospice of Waterloo Region (Cook Family Residence) at the age of 66.

Lee is lovingly remembered by her daughters Kim Beaucage (Oies Hussein) and Lissa Beaucage, mother Bành A Muoi, brothers Duong Duong (Duong Liên), Felix Yang (Jieping Chen-Yang) and Bob Yang (May Ng). Held dearly by ex-husband André Beaucage, stepson Jonathan Beaucage, and his children Jaden and Avery. Treasured always by grand-pets Luna and Ovenmitt. Predeceased by her beloved father Duong De Do, as well as her adoring grand-cats Percival and Diesel. She will be forever cherished by loving family and friends.

Before retirement, Lee worked as a seamstress at Valentina Bridal and Couture (formerly Bridal Depot and Heritage Bridal House) for 36 years in Uptown Waterloo. She had a special talent for customizing the perfect gown and took pride in helping to create lifelong memories for each unique bride.

Lee was passionate about seeing the world and spending time with loved ones. She travelled broadly to reunite with friends in all corners of the globe, and made regular trips back home to reconnect with family and friends, as well as to revisit meaningful settings. Lee had a lifelong love of learning, especially mathematics. Gardening, woodworking and spending time with her grand-pets brought joy to her days.

A Celebration of Lee's Life was held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday, August 2, 2021.
