Lisa HOFFMAN

HOFFMAN, Lisa (Millard) Lisa passed away peacefully in her 50th year at the Dunnville War Memorial Hospital. Lisa will be sadly missed by her husband, Steve and her sons, Tyler and Alex. Predeceased by her father Jerry Hoffman and brother Jack as well as by her mother-in-law, Myra. Lisa will also be missed by her mother Rina, stepfather, Bill and brothers, George (Kate), and Richard (Kim), as well as by niece, Kelsey, nephews, Nick and Ben, and by her father-in-law, Bob, her brother-in-law, Mark (Theresa), and nephews, Dan and Dale, and many aunts, uncles and many friends. Lisa was a longtime PSW in the Haldimand area. A very special thank you is extended to all who provided excellent care and support; her family and friends, her homecare support staff and the Dunnville hospital staff. A graveside memorial and interment of ashes will take place on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 11 a.m., at South Cayuga Cemetery, Rainham Rd., Haldimand County.
