Thomas Leathong Obituary
Passed away at his home surrounded by family, on January 15, 2022, at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Nancy. Loving dad to Jaime (Jeff) and Sean (Allison). Will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Cameron, Oliver and Abby, as well as siblings Barb (Paul) and Rick (Linda). Predeceased by his parents James and Florence (nee Bertling).
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday, January 27th from 7-9p.m. and Friday, January 28th from 12-1p.m. with a private Funeral Service to follow. Cremation has taken place. As requested by the family, proof of full vaccination is required to attend the visitations. Please RSVP your attendance at www.smithsfh.com
As a man who was deeply passionate about minor hockey and the hockey community, the family asks that any donations in memory of Thomas be sent to "the Gift of Giving Back" campaign with the Burlington Eagles Hockey Club at https://giftofgivingback.ca/donate/.
