ADELINA (LINA) DiCECCO (nee STURINO) Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 26, 2013. Born in Rende, Cosenza, Italy on December 23, 1920. Wife of the late Louis DiCecco. Predeceased by her son John. Beloved mother of Joey (Louise), Vicki (Joe Cowdrey), Joanne (late John Cwalinski), Vince (Carmella) and daughter- in-law Carla. Grandmother to David, Laurie (Darren), Leanne (Steve), Tanya (Ken), Kathy (Joe), Michael (Margarette), and Elena. Nonna to 13 great- grandchildren. Predeceased by Parents Vincenzo and Carmella and brothers, Sam, Guido, Otty, Carlo and sister Marietta LaValle. Survived by brother Larry (Barbara), Sisters-in-law, Mary Sturino, Clara Sanguigni, Carmie Falsetti and Rita Terrell. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (North of Lawrence Ave. W.), Weston, on Friday from 2-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Church, 1415 Royal York Rd., on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
