Don Retford

RETFORD, Don C.A. - Unexpectedly on Sunday, May 31, 2009, at the Guelph General Hospital, in his 77th year. Don was the beloved husband of Joan Retford for 57 years, loving father of Catherine Retford and the late John Retford (1991), loving Grandad of three granddaughters, Emma, Holly and Leah. Dear brother-in-law of Sally Anne and Wilson Hayter. Also remembered by Steve Jackson and his son Ben. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 'Rockwood Chapel', 117 Guelph Street, Rockwood where a Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 12, 2009 in the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
