Dear Don, I miss you! I just plain miss you! So thankful for you and all your light, love and encouragement all my life. As I get older myself and loved ones pass on, I am ever mindful of the
incredible importance and gift of friendship. With you He blessed us with the best.

So sad for your family today to learn your sister Jean passed away. I am sure it was an extremely joyous reunion for you both!

You are loved, and you are remembered.

No one can live forever but I always thought Father Beaudois had as good a chance as anyone. When I think back to my time as a student at Brebeuf, it never fails that I think of Father Beaudois too. I remember him vividly - his presence, his passion, his skill and his brush cut. And I also remember him with with great fondness. Thank you, Father. Rest in peace.

Father Beaudois was an exceptional teacher and inspiration to the students he taught at Brebeuf. More than 30 years later, I still remember many of his favorite sayings (and those of Father Toppings too) and often find myself using them with my sons. You will be greatly missed.

Fr.Beaudois S.J.was our parish priest at

St.Pius X for many years and one could ask for no better a priest.I am truly lost for words to describe the great service he provided to our parish. He was truly a gift from God to us as are all JEUITS who serve and continue to serve here.
I was so happy that he was able to perform the marriage of my daughter in Halifax while on temporary service there.

R.I.P good and faithful servant.I am sure you are in a wonderful place with Christ who will now reward you forever for the outstanding work you did for him on earth.

Father Beaudois used to fill in at the parish of St. James in Setauket, NY every January. He was a wonderful priest and a dynamic homilist. It has been a privilege to have known him! Rest in peace, Father Don.

There was no coasting in his class, unless you wanted to "be a truck driver". A good, tough teacher who made a lasting impression on every student he taught. He will be missed.

I had not seen Father Beaudois for more than thirty years, yet I made a reference to him only last week. Such was the impression that this Jesuit left upon me. He is God's Sentinel now, on the second floor at the end of the hall, foot on the radiator, staring at Creation. Rest in peace, Father. May God bless you. I was privileged to be Fr. Beaudois' student from 1963-1968, right from the start at Brebeuf.

He made a profound impression upon me and my fellow students. He was always fair, always organized, and never made you feel like you never had a chance, although he had no issue letting you know that you were close to the edge!

A good man, a great teacher.

Father, thank you for playing frisbee with us, for the chocolates and Dairy Queens, for teaching us chess and trips to the movies and the zoo; thank you for trips to Center Island and Ontario Place, for coming over to counsel us at the drop of a hat; thank you for "TERRIFIC" and "RELAX" and for the Truck Driver speech. Thank you being so good to our kids and for making us look at ourselves... Thank you for the car rides and the songs... Thank you for all the love you gave to us especially those of us who needed to feel loved and noticed...your magnificent love is life-changing and affirming. You are the best friend we could have ever asked for- our personal angel - our Father Don... Our Don. Love.

He was the reason I flew through Math at University; however, I had to duck to avoid flying chalk once or twice. A great man. Thank you Fr. Beaudois!

Memories of the "Beauds" strict and rigorous teaching style are always tempered by the kind & jovial spirit he showed to those of us who got to know him outside the classrooms of Brebeuf. He inspired my 37 year teaching career and will be fondly missed.

Saddened to hear of his passing. I believe he was one of the most memorable teachers at Brebeuf during my time there (79-84); certainly one of the most stalwart Jesuit figures in my mind. I've thought of him often and, given his strict nature, perhaps surprisingly, fondly. Rest in peace, Fella...
