Peacefully at her home in Toronto on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Dr. H. Austin Smith. Loving mother of David, Diane (Roy), Susan (Kevin) and Paul (Tammy). Dear grandmother of Bradley, Matthew, Scott, Blake, Brandon, Celidah, Jordan and Rebecca, and great-grandmother of Dylan, Hannah, Austin, Charlee and Indiana. A special thanks to Dr. Andrea David and her team at Sunnybrook. The family wishes to also thank Susan Bondad for her kindness and selfless devotion.
