Dear Yvonne and the entire family: I am so sorry to learn this morning, of Ed's passing last week. I share in your grief, and wish that I had been there with you for his services. As you know, my memories of you and Ed, and your whole family go back to my childhood on Brian Drive. You've always been a source of inspiration to me, for the true meaning of 'family'. Please accept my most sincere condolences and sympathy.

Dear Yvonne and family,

We were sorry to read of Ed's passing. What a wonderful long married life you had together. It is hard to believe it is 16 years since we were at your 50th Anniversary. We have many happy memories of our neighbours across the road on Brian. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

Sincerely Ron and Betty Hallett
