FRANCES LEE ELLIOTT 1946 - 2015 It is with great sadness that the family of Lee Elliott announces her peaceful passing on Tuesday, September 22, 2015. After fighting courageously for two and a half years, she succumbed to injuries sustained in a car accident that left her paralyzed in 2012. Lee was born in Peterborough, ON, where she had a happy childhood. She moved on to live most of her life in Toronto, where she enjoyed many careers, but finally settled on her passion for real estate. Lee spent the last fifteen years of her life as an adventurer, sailing the West Coast of Mexico and Central America with the love of her life Lindley. Lee will be remembered by her family and all who knew her for her feisty personality, kind heart, passion and her unfailing bravery in the face of adversity. She truly was a free spirit with a generous soul and a zest for life. She is survived and lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 30 years Lindley, their children Whitney (Derek), Elliott (Veydrana), Jennifer (Duncan), Julija (Nicholas) and Sharman (Kathryn), her sister Sue, her nephew Stanley and her five wonderful grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held for Lee at the National Yacht Club, 1 Stadium Rd., Toronto, ON M5V 3H4, on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. If you would like to attend, please RSVP via call or text at 647-459-0064. Memorial donations in memory of Lee may be made to the Toronto East General Hospital Foundation:
