Gary was honestly an angel on earth. He was so kind and so genuine. I knew him through pet food as many but our chats always left me feeling positive and cared for. He will be missed dearly sending light & love to his family and friends.

Our prayers go out to the family. We have known Gary since 1978. He was more then a businessman but a great friend. He will be missed by many I am certain.. He was funny and great to converse with. A lot of animals will surely miss him. He was so great with them Always giving treats ...He made his peace with the lord long ago. Hard to believe he is gone. We both will miss you Gary.

What a very dear man Gary was. I knew him through his pet food shop and we had so many interesting talks and giggles, with his beloved Buddy always by his side. My sincere condolences to Aaron and all his family.

So saddened to hear of Gary´s death. My husband Jim and I were neighbours and friends since 1987. Jim sold Gary his beloved XS1100 motorcycle and the they enjoyed many rides together including rallies in Canada and the US.
Gary´s Pet Food shop was a fixture in Cliffcrest for many years and Gary was unfailingly generous to our family and all humans and animals alike.
I will never forget Gary´s kindness when, hearing of the sudden death of my husband Jim, November 2019, he immediately drove all the way from Florida so as not to miss his service.
You will be truly missed, Gary.

I am so shocked and saddened at Gary´s death. My husband Jim and I knew him since 1987 when we became neighbours and friends. Jim sold his XS1100 motorcycle to Gary. He and Gary had many years of riding together, attending rallies and passing the time.
Gary´s pet food store was legendary in the Cliffcrest neighbourhood and he was unfailingly kind and generous to me, my family and all who entered his shop, both human and animal.
I´ll miss that sweet smile

I´ve known Gary for many years ever since I´d bring my dog Snuggs to his shop on Kingston Rd. He was such a nice man...so sad to hear of his passing. My prayers are with his family.

I met Gary about 20 years ago through a mutual friend Jim. We all shared a love for motorcycles and attended quite a few XS rallies together. Gary was very kind hearted and easy going. A few years ago I had a friend die in a motorcycle accident on our way to one of the XS rallies. When I showed up the next day to the motel Gary made a point of meeting me in the parking lot so that I didn´t show up without anyone waiting for me. On many occasions we have sat and talked for hours. My wife and I are very saddened to hear the loss of such a beautiful man. Gary will be missed dearly and will forever be in my thoughts and prayers. Love you and miss you my friend.
