Dear Joanne and Family, my heartfelt Sympathy in the loss of Helmut. I will remember his kindness and the quiet calm that Helmut radiated. I feel the pain you are going through, as less than 2 years after my wonderful wedding reception at the Musket in July 2007 my Husband also lost his battle with cancer. May God give you strength in facing the future.

Dear Joanne and family: We will remember Helmut for his making our family always feel so welcomed when we travelled from Hamilton and visited with our Aunt Hildegard and Uncle Joe at the Musket. Helmut has created a wonderful place where fond memories, great food, and good times will remain forever in our hearts. The special thanksgiving dinners he arranged for our family, and seeing my Aunt and Uncle be married at the Musket in 2010 was so special. Helmut was so accommodating and calm when we were making plans. Helmut was a gracious and courageous man. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May memories whisper in the empty spaces that remain. He will be sadly missed. My brother and I met at the Muscat since he lived in Niagara on the Lake and I lived in Toronto. It was our regular meeting place for lunch. He was always gracious and welcomng.

Dear Joanne, Richard and families. Helmut will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. I have many wonderful memories---the best being my wedding ceremony and reception in 2010.
