I worked with Wayne in the late '80's and early 90's at Food Ingredients (now known as McCormick Ingredients). Wayne's 'entrepreneurial' approach to business and his regular advice to me over lunch at Topiary's was invaluable to me as I pursued my career. Although I lost touch with Wayne many years ago, I have thought about him frequently because if I had not met Wayne, my business life would definitely have evolved quite differently. Wayne was loved and respected by many in the Canadian food industry. Please accept my deepest condolences Rosemary.
