I grew up with the Purcells and and have many great memories of Lionel's original farm on Passmore. I know what a close family you are and my thoughts are with you all -- Rita, Carrie, Mark, Blair and Holly -- at this sad time.

To say that I am sorry for the grief you feel at this time does not convey the deep feelings I am experiencing for each of of you. I have seen your special bond with each other and your love of family in action. Hold on to each other as you walk this path of tears, knowing that a loving Heavenly Father is watching over you - and I expect Lionel is too. He has taught you much and left you a legacy to build on. You have been blessed.

My deepest sympathy to Rita, Carrie, Mark, Blair, Holly and brother Vern.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
