Dear Gina and family,
I have just heard about Paul's passing today. I am so sorry. As you know Paul played an extremely important part in my son Charlie's role as both a soccer player and an ice hockey goaltender. I was fortunate enough to have Paul and yourself attend my 50th a few years ago and was hoping to see Paul soon. All our love and prayers to you and the boys. Dearest Gina, Kay and Paul's much loved sons,
We cannot tell you what a shock it was to hear of Paul's passing. Having seen him at the celebration for Mary just a week previously, he looked great! Our family has been indebted to you and to Paul for the love, support and care you have offered Kim and family since Jim's untimely passing. He has been a gift and a truly special soul on this earth. His integrity, caring spirit and love for family and friends is a beautiful legacy. We truly are deeply saddened at his loss. Gina and family, Paul has been such a rock for the O'Hara family since my father died. He helped my mother with an openness and honesty that has carried through as we struggled with the loss of our mother. I think my brother John was perhaps his youngest client! I always loved talking to Paul. He loved you and his children, he was very proud and mentioned you in every conversation. We always talked about our shared love of Parry Sound. And he protected my family and our modest inheritance as if we were billionaires. He will be greatly missed.

Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of Paul, your dear husband and father to Ryan and Evan. I have so many happy and crazy memories of competing with Paul and all the other sailors in the annual Parry Island Regatta. Both cottagers and the avid sailors on the lake will miss him, as he was a remarkable man. He demonstrated a life of service, love, compassion and excellence. May he rest in peace. Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your family and Paul today and always.
